COMMISSION BASED

Unlike other management and concierge companies, we don’t work with expensive membership fees, but on a commission only basis.  

Regardless of how big or small your request is, you will receive only 1 final bill, with a breakdown of all services rendered, and the commission fee at the end.  

Depending on the service provided, the percentages can range anywhere from 3% to 20%.  

This means that anyone can become a part of the Private Services network, and use our services whenever needed.

REFUNDABLE CONSULTING FEE

The only thing we ask in advance is a consulting fee, which is deducted from your final bill amount.

However in the rare occurrence of us being unable to provide you with the requested service, then your consulting fee will be refunded in full.
